Lakehurst Manchester Soccer Assoc.: Club Meeting

  JANUARY 2009 

Meeting called to order Jan 5, 2009 at 8:06 pm Board members present, Jim Anderson, Oxana Meise, April Chmiel , Bob & Lisa Dolan 

PRESIDENT: Clinic was contracted out to Son soccer. Two classes 9 & 10am, classes will begin 1st Sat in April. 8 consecutive weekends. $50 registration needs to be corrected on web-site.Sky Blue to host camp in July for 4 days.  

VICE PRESIDENT: Spring Photos will be conducted by Norre Photos. Gym time is released once registrar notifies team is paid in full. Need to vote on uniforms today. 

TREASURER: Vacant Position. All banking info officially handed over to Jim Anderson including Computer. Taxes officially completed from previous year. Accountant had uploaded all banking information into Quicken Books.  

REGISTRATION:

Lisa Dolan: No team lists given out at this time still working on getting out Registration Forms within the School district. Looking for players in higher age groups U-10 and U-11.

County Report: Nothing to report at this time. April Chmiel will begin assigning players to coaches once registrar hands in registrations.

JERSEY COAST: Candice Chmiel: Flight Night January 20th season begins March 28th, 2009.  

MOSA: Bob Dolan Flight Night Jan. 22, 2009. Season begins March 29, 2009   

NEW BUSINESS:

Shawn Vice suggests announce travel tryouts on NJ Youth Soccer Forum to bring more competitive players into the club. Soccer Uniform Company to use for spring is Totally Soccer. Not mandatory for this season to replace uniforms. New Uniform will be selected for travel teams and company will be contracted for upcoming fall 2009.
