Hannah, age 10, was unfortunately diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma, Stage IIA (Breast Cancer) this week. Please help us in supporting this beautiful young woman, daughter, big sister, neice and beloved shining spirit in her struggle to fight this disease.

ABOUT LMGSA
The La Mirada Girls Softball Association (LMGSA) is a non-profit fast pitch softball league serving the youth of our community and their families. LMGSA is dedicated to building healthy, productive, confident kids through the softball experience.
LMGSA features divisions for ages 5 to 18 (age division for 2009 is determined by player's age as of December 31, 2008). Our league promotes quality instruction, sportsmanship, and teamwork. We truly believe that girls of all abilities will benefit from what we have to offer, including those who have never played as well as those who have many years of competitive experience. All girls are welcome and "No Experience Required"!
LMGSA is proud to be an Amateur Softball Association league. The ASA is the governing body of softball in the U.S. as approved by the Congress of the United States and accepted as the National Governing Body by the U.S. Olympic Committee and the International Softball Federation.

2009 District Tournament
This past weekend was the LA/South Bay District tournament to see who qualifies for State. Well I am proud to say that we had 3 teams make it this year.
8U Gold ---goes undefeated and takes 1st place
10U Gold-- goes undefeated and takes 1st place
12U Gold - takes 3rd place
