District 12 Little League Baseball, Softball and Challenger
Welcome to the official web site for Virginia District 12 Little League Baseball, Softball and Challenger. Our goal is to offer you the latest Little League news for the District. Please check back with us often to get our news updates! Everyone in District 12 welcomed Franklin County to Little League in 2011. Franklin County has shown to have great spirit and support for all of their teams. We will all have some great times in the years to come.
Our Leagues
There are 7 Little League programs in our District: Bath County, Blacksburg Church Youth League, Cave Spring American, Cave Spring National, Clifton Forge, Covington, and Franklin County. Virginia District 12 Little League, Inc.'s purpose is to support and promote Little League International's programs and leagues within it's assigned counties in Virginia. Virginia District 12 is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. VA District 12 does require funding to support the Chartered Leagues and those Leagues financially support District 12. However, individuals and businesses are encouraged to make contributions to VA District 12 Little League, Inc. to support the programs. Contributions are tax-deductible. Thanks for your support!

* All District 12 games have a start time of 5:30 PM - exception - because of lights, all games hosted by Cave Spring American, Clifton Forge, and Cave Spring National will start at 6:00 PM

District 12 2011 Tournament Results:

Franklin County American 9/10 year olds win District 12 and will report to Bennett's Creek Little League (District 6) to represent District 12 in the Virginia State Tournament on July 14, 2011.
Cave Spring American 10/11 year olds win District 12 and will report to Lebanon Litle League (District 11) to represent District 12 in the Virginia State Tournament on July 20, 2011.
Covington Major team wins District 12 and will report to Leesburg Little League (District 1) to represent District 12 in the Virginia State Tournament on July 21, 2011.
Cave Spring American Junior team wins District 12 and will report to Front Royal Little League (District 3) to represent District 12 in the Virginia State Junior Tournament on July 21.
