The annual Southwest Region DA/ADA Meeting is scheduled for December 5-6, 2009 at the Region Headquarters in Waco.  This is an important meeting as this is a Congress year and that alone brings up many points for discussion, including the election of a new member of the International Board of Directors to represent this Region.

We will start the Seminar on Saturday the 5th at 9:00 AM. This meeting is for all DA’s and their staffs. Training will continue until 6:00 PM. Lunch will be provided at the center.

We will have a session on Sunday the 6th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon on specific issues facing the Region. This will include Regular Season and Tournament issues. If you have something you would like discussed please send it to Mike Witherwax so he can get it on the agendas. We will dismiss at noon no matter if all information has been discussed or not.
