The purpose of this group is to provide a place where we can discuss Little League rules, mechanics, training and game management as taught at Western Region LL, but certainly not exclusive to that. The group will not accept any list-bullies and the nature of our posts will be for education - not criticism. We want to give everybody an opportunity to learn in an environment where no question is considered a dumb question and you will not be belittled for your posts or subsequent responses.

The purpose of the list is to provide a forum for discussing rules, situations, mechanics, techniques, training, and other matters pertaining to umpiring, particularly on the 60' Little League diamond. The list is primarily for umpires, but all who have an interest in officiating Little League baseball are welcome.
