Founder of the Westbury White Sox, team manager Darryl Wagner has brought focus, confidence and determination to the Sox team, both on and off the field. Even after going 4-11-1 in his first managerial season, Skip has continually practiced and preached a never-say-die attitude that has spread like wildfire through the clubhouse, enabling the Sox to improve steadily each season. He has set a strong example of the old phrase, "There is no 'I' in team" and his teammates have followed him to success down to the last man. There is however, an 'I' in hit, of which he has seen very few of this season...
