"All Good Things Must Come to an End"

After three highly successful years as a year-round tournament team, the LIVERMORE HEAT organization has come to close.

The years we have spent as a family - all the kids who have worn the Heat jersey and the families they brought with them - has been filled with the great memories, and challenges.  Through it all -, the hard workouts, the tough losses, the spectacular wins, and yes, the "growing pains" - it is the hope of the organization that the KIDS came out better people than before they put on the proud colors of the Heat.

That was the organization's ultimate goal: For the kids to learn the meaning of sportsmanship, to win and lose with class, and to be respectful human beings.  Of course, we hoped they learned a little bit about baseball along the way, and enjoyed playing and loving the game.  However, there's more to life than just the game of baseball.

To the all the Heat players - from beginning to end - the Heat organization will always think of you as family.  And as a family, we accomplished quite alot of great things, didn't we?  It was a great run filled with more happy times than bad.  We thank you for your hard work, your dedication, the "heart" you gave at every game, your desire to be the part of the whole, your unselfishness as teammates, and most of all - The Love For The Game!  Believe it or not, we adults learned much from you as well, and we thank you!  Thank you for giving so much of yourselves to the goals of the organization.  We hope you will take all your Heat experiences to help you learn a little more about yourself as you grow.  And we wish you all the best as you pursue your dreams!

Forever Livermore Heat!

What In Store For the Website

Because we have this website for a few more months, we thought it would be neat to use this space to report on what's happening now with some our players and coaches.  Some have moved to different baseball organizations, and it would be a good opportunity to promote those establishments as well.  After all, we love the game of baseball, so whatever we can do as ambassadors of the game, well, we're more than happy to do that!  So, if you so happen to be a Heat player or coach reading this, please email Kelly or Maria to let them know what's up with you, what you are doing now, so we can post it here.  If you are associated with ANY organization, let us know that too so we can help you promote them!
