The Motor City Heat Organization was formed for several reasons: The love of the game, the joy of teaching, mentoring youth, and the opportunity to give back to the community. The primary goal of the organization is to assist young ladies develop the necessary skills to achieve both academically and athletically.

The Motor City Heat Organization is not only committed to producing winning athletes, but our organization seeks to develop well rounded young ladies that will eventually contribute to the global community as future leaders. We help prepare our young ladies by nurturing sound morals, academic and athletic character.
