History

History of Coach Arehart
Though Coach Arehart never played Soccer as a youth, He grew up playing Baseball. He finished his Baseball career at the Varsitiy level in High School playing catcher. Which probably explains the high interest in a good defense.

He has been coaching in LYSC since 1994. Filling positions in U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-12 as a head coach and has helped with U-14.

He is active on the Board of Directors, Coaching Committee, and serves as Level coordinator for LYSC, and League Level coord. for LBYSA.

Besides attending several coaching clinics and training, he has also headed clinics for Lititz coaches.

A Licensed FIFA Referee, coach Arehart enjoys teaching players, coaches and parents the finer points of the game.

Coach Arehart is a firm believer in fair play at the youth level and a strong builder of "Team" attitude. He plans to continue coaching and refereeing for many years to come.
