Congratulations to Babs and all the duck race crew on a successful race day. Had a lot of good help and had a smooth race.
The winners were Mike Nicholson ( 1st & 2nd place), and Ashley Gillespie (3rd place). That's right we had the same person win 1st and second place! How lucky is that? Congratulations to the winners too!

LIONS FALL TO JOHN CARROLL CATHOLIC 0-1 IN OVERTIME AT HUNTSVILLE

LIONS WIN AN OVERTIME THRILLER AGAINST AUBURN, 3-2
The Prattville boys varsity team wrapped up their Section 4 schedule Friday night in Prattville undefeated and untied in section play. They did so with a thrilling 3-2 overtime win.
Friday was senior night at Stanley-Jensen, and Prattville's goals came from 2 of the members of the senior class.
After Prattville fell behind 0-1 , Patrick Egan tied the game with a breakaway goal. The score stood at 1-1 at halftime. Austin Gillian headed the ball into the net to put Prattville up 2-1. Auburn tied the game late in the second half, sending the contest into sudden death overtime. In the overtime period Patrick Egan tallied his second goal of the night to give the Lions the hard fought win over the Tigers of Auburn High School, their arch-rivals and worthy opponents.
