2010 Season Registration - Now in Progress
Returning families are assessed a $20 late fee after Dec 15th. Please note - divisions will be closed as they are filled. Check table below for any closed divisions
- Online registration accepts Master Card, Visa or AMEX
- In order to meet eligibility requirements for Lincroft Little League, your residence must be in the LINCROFT or NUTSWAMP grade school districts OR your residence must be in HOLMDEL. When asked to enter your grade school district, please enter the GRADE school district where you live (even if your child attends a middle school, high school, or a private school). For Middletown/Red Bank/Lincroft residents, the grade school district that you LIVE in determines the district boundary - not where your child ATTENDS school. (As an example, if you live in River Plaza, but your child attends St. Leo's in Lincroft, you are in the aRiver Plaz School District.) This boundary is established by Little League Baseball Inc., and we are not able to make exceptions for any reason. Families living in other grade school districts (e.g. River Plaza) should contact your local Parks & Recreation office.
- Lincroft Little League is open to boys and girls age 5-16. Cutoff dates are as follows:
- Tee-ball (boys and girls): Must be 5 years old as of 4/30/2010
- Baseball: up to 16 years old (as of 4/30/2010)
- Softball: up to 16 years old (as of 12/31/2009)
- Fees:
- Family with ONE player: $120
- Family with TWO players: $200
- Family with THREE or more players: $270
- Optional: Booster fee (Booster Club: $10, World Series Club: $20). We appreciate your support, as these fees are used to purchase new equipment and upgrade our facilities.
- Late Fees: After 12/15/2009, a $20 late fee is assessed for returning families. Returning families receive a registration notification in October, and another notification in December to remind them of registration deadlines. This fee is waived for new families. After 12/15, some divisions may be closed, and remaining openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- *** Please note: we are not able to accept requests for players to be teamed together.
- MANAGERS/COACHES: Please complete the (3) manager/coach forms - available on the website in the handouts section, and mail in with a copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport). These forms MUST be received by 12/15 to be considered for a manager/coach position. Please send forms in asap - we will continue to accept forms as long as there are open coach positions, but will fill most coach positions based on the forms that have been submitted by 12/15.
- NOTE: When you get to the checkout screen, if you are registering multiple players, only the FIRST player will appear in the list - this is NORMAL. The details of your registration (including other players) are available by clicking the [Review Registration Details] link.
- On the first page of the registration, you will see an "OPTIONAL Account Login" section (username/password requested). THIS INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED - this applies ONLY if you are an Active.com member, or wish to become one. Active.com membership has fees associated with it ($49.95/year)- this is NOT related to Lincroft Little League, and NOT required as part of registration. Simply leave these fields blank and proceed with registration.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MARCH 15th, 2010.
- IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED, and need to ADD players, please contact us - there is no provision for doing this online.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING TABLE INDICATES OPEN/CLOSED STATUS OF EACH DIVISION. As divisions approach "full" status, they will be closed to new registrants. If a division is shown as CLOSED, we will be happy to put the player's name on a waiting list, and will let you know when an opening exists. Please DO contact us - we may have openings due to injuries or other players dropping. You can register the player at that time. To put a player on a waiting list, please contact us via email (info@lincroftlittleleague.org).
Please DO NOT register players for CLOSED divisions. If you do, your credit card will be charged. We would prefer not to take your fees until we can assure placement on a team. Please review this list, and register ONLY players for divisions that are OPEN. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via email (info@lincroftlittleleague.org).
