The Lincoln County Athletic Association (L.C.A.A) is mainly a recreational baseball and softball league, but with the outstanding talent in the local areas, many divisions can be very competitive. The league was formed in 1993 and consist of eight community athletic associations working together to provide a safe and fun summer activity for over 1700 kids in the local area. Our main priorities are to provide a recreational and friendly competitive environment for our youth with special emphasis on the important values of teamwork, sportsmanship, fairness and a positive attitude. We encourage all our participants to develop their own skills, natural ability and understanding of the game, but more importantly to develop life attributes as confidence, self-esteem, responsibility, self-discipline and respect for others. The success of our association is not measured in winning percentage, but by the percentage of our parents and youth at the end of a season can acknowledge what an enjoyable positive playing experience they shared.

The L.C.A.A. season begins in April and May of each year and finishes in late July with an exciting playoff conclusion. At the end of the regular season each division will send the top 2 teams to very competitive single elimination playoff tournament. As a result many teams late in the season still have a chance to compete in the playoffs. In 2018 the L.C.A.A. will host 118 teams and 23 divisions.
