Welcome to the home of Lightning Elite fastpitch, an ASA Softball team located in the East Bay of San Francisco! We recruit high school and college players from throughout the region.
Head Coach : Tim Griffith
Tim Griffith is currently a coach at Diablo Valley College and has 22 years coaching, including college, high school, semi-pro, and tournament teams. Life time record, 798 wins-257 loses.
This is a top notch program, second to none. Tournament softball is the springboard into college softball. More college athletic scholarships are awarded through tournament softball exposure than high school alone. We are experienced at the opportunities that exist and work diligently at getting players in positions to make the best of those opportunities.
Our coaches donate many hours of their personal time because of their commitment to the girls who wish to play tournament softball. As part of our coaching philosophy, we strive to maintain a positive atmosphere while emphasizing a solid understanding of softball fundamentals. Our overall goal is to develop our girls to excel to their fullest potential.
