Primm Nationals
Dec. 7 Date line Primm Nationals- After what seemed liked a year, Zane Almon shakes the rust off and finishes fourth in the JR. Novice A-Main at the Winter Nationals. At times, Zane showed more guts passing three and sometimes four wide in the turns reminding people at the track of his brother Buddy. RJ "Meatball" Ahumada finishes fifth in the C-Main and his brother Awesome Austin finishes third in the LT. 160 A-Main and also won a heat race. California Hot Shoe David Cox pilots Chuck and Shania's Lightning to a seventh place in Heavy Honda. Heavy 160 driver Taylor Farr finishes tenth after being involved in a first lap crash. Connor "Bubbszilla" Dry finishes sixth while Austin finishes eighth in the World Formula A-Main.

Thunder Nationals
Thunder Nationals from sunny Arizona? Team Lightning invades The Action Track in Phoenix led by Tyler Delong, Rj and Austin Ahumada putting fear in the competitors because once you have lightning the rain and thunder follow. RJ "Meatball" Ahumada dazzles his family and the crowd with a second place finish in the heat and a respectable fifth place in the JR. Honda A-Main. Tyler "Hot Sauce" Delong lives up to the phrase Deuces Wild. Tyler drove his Lightning Chassis Broke Racing Honda to a second in qualifying, heat and A-Main. Tyler started the race with a call and had to make a half a lap up to the leader. A Late yellow with three to go made it a green, white, and checker shoot out. "Awesome" Austin Ahumada made a statement in the SR. Honda and the LT. 160 classes. Austin wins the Senior Honda A-Main and finishes second in the heat race. The Senior Honda main was a heart pounding race that had everyone on the edge of their seat. Austin finishes second in the LT. 160 heat and finishes sixth in the main after leading most of the race and getting a late call. Off to the Winter Nationals in Primm
Wednesday, December 17
Tyler "Hot Sauce" DeLong
Tyler Delong wins again!! Tyler may want to change his nick name to "Deuces Wild" after today's performance. Hot Sauce qualifies 2nd, finishes 2nd in the heat race and wins his second A-main in a row!!! With the overcast weather came the cold track conditions which made the track very tricky. By the time the A-mains came around, Tyler's Lightning Chassis was pounding the concrete and the competition with a half a lap victory. Trying not to be out done, Connor "Bubbszilla" Dry hit the track and qualified fifth. Connor started in the three hole and ending up winning the heat race by 3/4 of a lap. In the Senior Honda A-Main, Connor started third in the Lightning Chassis Dirk Motors car and took the lead by turn one and the race until a lapped car took him out with a no call. Connor ended up finishing sixth with four laps left.
