Varsity Ice Hockey Tryouts Set for November 6th and 8th

The tryouts for the 2009/2010 LHS Varsity Ice Hockey team will be held on Friday, November 6th from 5:00 - 6:30 and on Sunday, November 8th from 5:10 to 6:40.  Both sessions will be held at the Chiller North Ice Rink.

 All players are required to have a sports physical on file with the school athletic trainer before they will be permitted to take the ice.  For more information, please contact head coach, Jack Hoogeveen at jphoogeveen@wsos.org or LHS Athletic Director, Tom Gerhardt.

2009 Pre-Season Scrimmage Schedule Is Set

The scrimmage schedule for 2009 has been set.  The Patriots pre-season schedule will consist of 3 home games at the Chiller North.  It will also feature the teams first ever visit to Goggin Arena at Miami University on November 20th to play the Braves of Oxford-Talawanda.  The Patriots will host the Findlay Trojans on November 14th and Perrysburg on November 15th.  The pre-season will conclude on November 21st with a visit from 2008/2009 OHSAA state semi-finalist Centerville Elks.
