Tired. Do you know that feeling? Too well?
 
Today's athletes often use the word tired to describe how they feel.
 
We know the reason. Most of us are overextended and emotionally overwhelmed too.
 
What can we do about that?
 
Take a 26 minute nap each day. Take NASA's word on this one.
 
NASA pilots that napped performed 34% better than a control group on flight simulator tests.
 
Caution: do not nap longer than 26 minutes or you can actually feel worse! The key is 26.
Game this evening? Outperform your competitor. Use this science and the power of the mind.
