Welcome to the Long Island Anthem 18U Girls Fastpitch Team website. The Anthem is a competitive team that focuses on improving players skills to get them ready for college softball.

The head coach is a former high school head coach from the very successful Hampton Bays High School. He is NFCA member, and certified Master Two Star NFCA coach. The balance of the coaching staff are also members of the NFCA. While all of the coaches have daughters that play college softball, none of the coaches will have daughters playing on the team this year.

Between the coaches they have daughters that have played at the Division I, II, and III level; they bring the prospective and experience of a travel coach and a parent to the recruiting process. Over the last 2 years the Anthem have placed 14 players on college teams through out the United States, with girls playing as far away as Florida (Nova Southeastern U.) and as close as SUNY Old Westbury. We strive to get girls into schools where they will be successful both in the classroom and on the playing field.
