WOW! Welcome to the WAVE Summer Swim Team 2009! I am coaching the 13 & 14 and 15-up age group - Now that I am back in the swim of things expect more speed/sprint work and fine tuning of your strokes. I have been reading Dara Torres book and have learned alot about what it takes to be a motivated swimmer! We are going to spend much of our summer learning to swim smart races in addition to working on GETTING IN SHAPE while swimming!
