URGENT TDap Booster needs to be done by June 30th.
Please download the attachment and get this taken care of as soon as you are able. This is a new State of California rule. Anyone who does not have this taken care of by June 30th will NOT be able to particpate in the summer program until its done and reported to the district. DO NOT bring the booster paperwork to any coach or school representative. it MUST be submitted to the district. The attached document will give you all of the info to get this taken care of easily.

2011 Athletic Particpation Form-Physical
Please download the attached 2011 Athletic Participation- Physcal Forms. Have your parent/guardian complete and sign the Particpation form and have the Doctor complete the physical forms. Once completed please turn them into the front office at Leland. This will clear you for all sports for the entire 2011-12 Season at Leland High School. DO NOT wait until the last minute to get this done. Several players have had to miss practice time due to waiting to take care of this essential paperwork.

FRESHMEN Football players report June 13th at 3pm on the Field
If you are an incoming freshmen and have not completed one of these forms, please download and complete. Hand this completed form to Coach Carrozzo (Varsity), Coach Beacraft (JV), or Coach Reed (Freshmen) so we have all the necessary contact info for you.
