  • COACHES MEETING - Friday 8/27, 7:00pm @ Hillcrest
We will have a coaches meeting to review and discuss the progress of the league at each level and what we can improve upon for the 2011 season. All coaches and managers are encouraged to attend.
  • FIELD CLEANUP - Saturday 8/28, 8:00am
We will have another field cleanup day to clean, close / prep the fields, please make an honest effort to attend as there is much to be done.
  • EQUIPMENT RETURN - Friday 8/27 & Saturday 8/28
For those who have not already, please return your equipment bags clean and complete to Tim Mckay at the coaches meeting or field cleanup.
  • BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION - Tuesday 9/7, 7:00pm @ Hillcrest
The officers of the league shall be President, Vice President, Senior/Junior League Rep., Player Agent, Secretary, Treasurer, Purchasing Agent/Equipment Manager, Safety Officer, Umpire in Chief, Little League Representative, Minor League Representative, T-Ball Representative, Concession Manager, Fund Raiser and Public Relations.  These shall collectively form a Board of Directors, and such board shall be the governing body of the league.  The board shall not exceed 15 members.  The officers shall report their individual and collective acts and actions on behalf of the league at every regular, special or annual meeting or upon any reasonable request.

All officers shall be elected annually at a regular open meeting.  Such officers shall be elected for a term of one (1) year and remain in office until their successors have been duly elected.  All elections shall be by secret ballot.  All officers can be re-elected for consecutive terms.  If there is only one slate of officers and there are no contested positions, the Secretary may cast one (1) vote for the entire slate if so approved by way of motion. Absence from any three consecutive meetings without just cause shall automatically create a vacancy in the office of the absentee.
