Lehigh Running Club: Summer Training

Coach Deb from the Lehigh Women's Cross Country Team has given us a training plan for this summer to prepare us for the league races. 

 500 Mile Club

 -If you want to be part of Lehigh Running Club's 500 Mile Club, you must run 250 of the miles over the summer

-You may cross train using these mile ratios

               -Biking 3:1

               -Swimming 1:2

               -Elliptical 2:1

-Start this training in June

-You can still run in May but only for endurance not speed
