Recruiting
The Celtics are always looking for new talent. Everyone is welcome to come out to play regardless of past experience or knowledge of the game. Most players come in knowing almost nothing about the sport.
Obviously the earlier you start, the greater the chance of being put on the field. Safety is important and nobody is put out on the pitch if they are a risk to themselves or others.
Although a certain level of commitment is expected, you do not have to play if you come to the training sessions. It is a great way to get fit and the atmosphere in and around the team is second to none. Last year everyone who turned up for games all played. Because there is only one squad and so many positions available you are almost guaranteed a game.
