CAP Ball
Boys and Girls Ages 3 & 4.
This is an introduction to baseball designed to teach the fundamentals of baseball and softball such as swinging, hitting, and throwing. They hit off a "T" like in T-Ball but they DO NOT keep score and there are no umpires. The idea of CAP ball is to show the kids that baseball and softball are FUN, FUN, FUN!
