Bat-A-Thon  Fundraiser

We are postponing the Bat-a-Thon Fundraiser which we wanted to run this weekend until Sunday, June 3^rd.   

Originally, we had discussed cancelling three Major games on Sunday in order to hold the Bat-A-Thon.  Then when recent rainouts forced cancellations we discussed playing the games and holding the Bat-A-Thon at Dougherty-Guillespe field. 

 It became apparent that we couldn’t afford to cancel games with so few slots available for make-up games and logistically it would have been difficult to do both games and the Bat-A-Thon.  Therefore, we decided to play the scheduled games and move the Bat-A-Thon to another weekend. 

Therefore, we hope you understand the reason for this change.  We are hoping to have a successful fundraiser so we are looking forward to your support as we do this for the first time.  Most Little Leagues in our area use this fundraiser very effectively.  We want to take the money and invest it right back into the league and make improvements to the Minor field and help with the purchase of a John Deere Ballfield machine that would benefit everyone in the league.

 2012 RALL Summer Classic

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION 

Ridley Area Little League will host the 2012 Summer Classic Tournament for the first time this year.  This tournament will be played on the fields at the Leedom Field Complex in Ridley Township, PA 19078.

7 - 8 y/o Tournament                 June 15-24, 2012 

7 - 8 y/o Tournament                 July 7-14, 2012        

9 y/o Tournament                      July 7-14, 2012 

10 y/o Tournament                    July 14-21, 2012 

11 y/o Tournament                    June 23-30, 2012 

12 y/o Tournament                    June 15-23, 2012
