League City Saints: Welcome

This Saturday (MAY 18th) between 8a – 12p is OPEN registration for anybody and everybody that is interested in joining the Black & Gold for the 2013 Season.  We will be located at the Red Pavilion.  All money is due JUNE 1st.  Please come by and make your payments this Satruday at the Sports Plex.

FOOTBALL:

All players interested in joining the League City Saints Football program are welcome to sign-up and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There are limited spaces available on each team and once the team reaches the 25 player limit a waiting list will begin for each team.

Any player that was a Saints member last year and did not register during returning player registration is now considered a NEW player and is no longer guaranteed a spot on the team. 

ALL players that have registered with the Saints need to come to open registration this Saturday to be fitted for their equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, pants, and jerseys).  Please make sure you make every attempt to show up to be properly fitted for your gear. 

All players will also need to submit their jersey number preferences.  More than likely a returning player will receive their same jersey number from the prior year, BUT there may be some instances that does not happen (a returning player and a player moving up with the same number).  Each player will be asked for (3) different choices.

Registration for the 2013 Football season is $300 per child.  A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at registration to secure your spot for the upcoming season.  The deposit goes towards the balance of the registration fee.  No participant will be issued any gear until the registration fee is paid in full.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

FOOTBALL AND DRILL:

There will be a mandatory club fundraiser that will be issued to each and every participant at registration.  ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.  Your child will not receive their GAME UNIFORM until all fundraiser money has been turned in.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Payment plans are available, please inquire when registering.

All football registration MUST be paid in full ON/BEFORE JUNE 1ST!

All drill/cheer registration MUST be paid in full ON/BEFORE JUNE 1ST!

All fundraiser money is due ON/BEFORE JUNE 1ST…

We are now taking orders for your 2013 Custom League City Saints football jersey to match your little athlete.

To place an order, download the order form and fill it out completely. Submit the form to Juan to complete the ordering processing.

If paying by CASH/CHECK - make arrangements with Juan to meet up and turn in money and paperwork

If paying by DEBIT/CREDIT  - please email/fax (secured connection) to Juan (Juan's Email or fax: 832.415.0324)

All jersey orders are due/on before June 15th so that they will arrive with all of our players' uniforms in August before our first game.

All money is due BEFORE jersey is ordered. No jersey will be ordered unless paid in full. There will not be any: "order me a jersey and I will pay for it when it comes in." This is not going to happen.

Each jersey that is to be ordered MUST be on its own order form (one form for each jersey).

The League City Saints reserve the right to refuse any inappropriate, foul, demeaning or degrading names on the custom jerseys.

A reminder to ALL Saints members (football and drill/cheer) that ALL reegistration money is due on/before JUNE 1st. 

 If your registration is not paid in full on/before JUNE 1st, your child's uniform(s) will not be ordered.

ALL fundraiser money is also due on/before JUNE 1st.  If fundraiser is not turned in your child's game uniform will not be issued.
