Sunday, August 6MORROW SETS NATIONAL RECORD IN THE MIDGET GIRLS HIGH JUMP
Madeline Morrow of the North Canton Flyers Track Club set a national record in the Midget Girls High Jump at the AAU Junior Olympics with a jump of 5-04.25. Congratulations for a fantastic effort in attaining All-America status along with winning a national title.

ARMAND DEHANEY WINS THREE NATIONAL TITLES
AAU All-American Armand Dehaney captured three National Titles at the Northern AAU Indoor Track Meet held in Merrillville, Ind the weekend of February 19-20,2005. Dehaney won the Youth Boys long jump(17-9.75), high jump(5-5.00) and triple jump(37-02.5). In additon, Armand had a ruuner up finish in the 55m hurdles(8.78).
JOE DEROSA JR CAPTURES TWO NATIONAL TITLES
AAU All-American Joe DeRosa Jr won two national titles at the AAU Northern Indoor Track and Field Championships held in Merrillville. DeRosa captured national honors by winning the Youth Boys 800 Meter Run(2:20.99) and the Shot put(34-08.00. Joe also placed third in the 55m hurdles(9.28).
GRANT MERCER CAPTURES TWO NATIONAL TITLES
AAU All-American Grant Mercer captured national honors at the AAU Northern Indoor Track and Field meet in Merillville. Grant won the Bantam Boys high jump(4-03.00) and the shot put(26-00.50), he also placed fourth in the long jump(11-05)
CHRIS HUBER DEFENDS HIS NATIONAL TITLE
AAU All-American Chris Huber successfully defended his title at the AAU Northern Indoor Track and Field Championships in Merrillville, Ind. Huber the 2004 indoor champion in the Young Men's Shot put won his second consecutive title with an effort of 50-10.5.
AAU ALL-AMERICAN JOHNSON CAPTURES 3 NATIONAL TITLES
Clarence Johnson, Jr. captured three national titles at the USATF Youth National Indoor Championships held in Sterling, Illinois January 15-16,2005. Johnson won the Youth Boys High Jump with an effort of 4'4.75", the 200 meter hurdles at 34.19 and the triple jump with a mark of 28'8.25. He also placed third in the 55 meter hurdles (10.62) and the shot put(24'11.75)
GRANT MERCER WINS SUB-BANTAM HIGH JUMP
Grant Mercer,Ravenna, Ohio won the Sub-Bantam Boys High Jump with an effort of 4-02.00 at the AAU Junior Olympics held at Drake University. Grant also placed second in the Sub-bantam Boys Triathlon with 595 points and the shot put with a throw of 27-05.00.
PANEZICH WINS DISCUS
Nick Panezich of Springfield, Ohio won the Young Men's Discus throw with an effort of 167-09.00. Panezich has been an All-Ohio performer for the last three years. Nick also placed 4th in the shot put with a throw of 55-00.5

DEVAN MERCER SETS NATIONAL RECORD WINS MEET MVP
Devan Mercer of Ravenna set a national record at the AAU Northern Indoor Track and Field Championship at Merrilville, Indiana the weekend of February 20-21, 2004. Devan had a record throw of 36' in the Midget Girls Shot Put. Also, she garnered All-American honors with a 3rd place finish in the High Jump and a 5th place finish in the Hurdles. Devan was also named AAU Northern Indoor Female MVP for her record setting efforts. Congratulations, Devan!!!
NIGEL MASK AND CHRIS HUBER CAPTURE NATIONAL HONORS
Nigel Mask and Chris Huber captured national championships in the AAU Northern Indoor Track and Field Championships held in Merrillville, Indiana. Nigel of Mansfield, defended his title in the Youth Boys 55 meter dash with a time of 7.10 seconds, this was his third national title this year he won the USATF's indoor 60 meter and 200 meter dashes. Chris Huber of Mansfield won the Young Mens shot put with an effort of 44'.
