Dear Level Coordinators:

 Please inform coaches of U10 boys, that the true offsides rule does not go into effect until the Fall 2012 Season.  Coaches are not to yell out to the Ref offsides in turn the ref calls offsides.

Deliberate offsides / cherry picking is at the discretion of the referee.  Please understand our current rule regarding this matter.  The referee is the SOLE decider of deliberate offsides and coaches are not to be yelling out from the sidelines offsides.  We as coaches are to permit the referee's to perform their role and responsibilities as outlined within our rules and not yelled at, influenced on what calls to make.
