What Does the LBCA Do?

Here are some of the events and responsibilities of the LBCA:

1. Host the LHSCA All-Star Baseball Game in Alexandria each May.

2. Select the LBCA All-State Teams for all classes.

3. Post the LBCA Top 10 Baseball Polls weekly for all classes.

4. Host the LBCA Clinic in Baton Rouge each January.

5. Award Coaches of the Year with awards at the LBCA Clinic in January.

6. Provide the Official LBCA website for a central communication tool for coaches.

7. Honor Career wins and years of service for coaches on the LBCA website.

Who is the LBCA?

The LBCA is a non-profit organization that was started by Duane "Beetle" Bailey in 1985 to honor, promote and upgrade the game of baseball in Louisiana.

The LBCA has never waned from it's mission statement and continues to grow it's membership throughout the State.
