The season approaches with much promise for the 2009-2010 Lawrence Bearcats. Coaches Hebert and Darling are back along with a great board. We look for solid Senior leadership from Captain Eric Berish, Marcus Gruner, Assistant Captain Will Smeltzer and great goaltending from Senior Tyler Douthitt.
Our Junior class is big and loaded with talent and are ready to step up, fill some openings, and provide offense. Our sophomore class had many contributors last season and we look to them to provide more minutes this year and we have several solid incoming freshmen. It's bound to be an exciting and fun season.

Custom Bearcat Spirit wear is now available for you to customize and purchase. You can follow the link above or follow the link from "team store" to get to the spirit wear site. Our logos have been digitized and uploaded.
If you link from the "team store" just click an item to get to the store. Once you are in the store you have hundreds of choices of items, colors, sizes, and prints. Don't be afraid to experiment. You can customize items with your players name and number, change the color of the item, change the color of the prints, and select the artwork of your choice.
By selecting the "Advanced Designs Settings" bar at the bottom of the order block you can change the color of the prints. After a change wait, it takes a few seconds. Here is a design tip, if you select a dark colored shirt, in the "Advanced Designs Settings" try selecting "white" as a primary color. Set the secondary color to a contrasting color.

For some reason our combination of colors causes a problem with some web browsers. If you are looking at a calendar or roster and the text is hard to see it's because your browser is attempting to show the font in white against a cream background. ETEAMZ is aware of the problem but a solution is not coming soon, so this is where we have those famous "work arounds". Once your calendar (or roster) is loaded hit your browser "refresh" or "reload" key and the white letters should turn red.

This is a chance for those 2nd year Bantam players who are considering playing hockey next year and will be attending one of our territory schools to skate with the Bearcats.
Meet our players, coaches and board. While you skate your parents can learn about Lawrence Hockey from members of our board.
High school hockey is a great experience. Come skate with us and see what it's all about!

The annual Bearcat vs Alumni game will take place on Tuesday December 22nd at 8:00pm.
Participation requires signing a waiver so bring your ID.
Bearcats, there will be no practice on Wednesday Dec 23, practice will resume on Tuesday Dec 29th & Wed Dec 30th at 2:45PM.
