Unsold tickets will become the property of the Laurel Dodgers and will not be eligible for the drawing. 2. You need not be present to win and all winners will be notified by mail and phone. A winner will be drawn for each day from June15th through July 14th, 2009 3. Prizes must be claimed by August 13, 2009 4. Prized not claimed will be forfeited to the Laurel Dodgers fund. 5. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. 6. A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold. 300 tickets must be sold purchased by May 27, 2009, for the Gun-A-Day Raffle to take place. In the event less than 300 tickets are sold, all monies will be returned by mail. Ticket sales will end June13, 2009. 7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform the Laurel Dodgers of address and phone number changes by mail. Notification shall be sent to Laurel Dodgers PO Box 144, Laurel, MT 59044. 8. Winners MUST pass background check prior to receiving firearm. Purchasers name on ticket must be the same individual receiving the firearm. Proper identification is required to claim prizes. Winner must present a valid government issued photo ID with their actual physical address. 9. Name on the ticket cannot be changed after purchase. 10. When paying by check, include drivers license number, phone number and address with check. Ticket will be removed from the drawing for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Checks should be make payable to Laurel Dodgers. 11. Purchaser of ticket must be 18 years old at the time of purchase. 12. Ticket sales are limited to residents of Montana or its contiguous states (North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Idaho). 13. Prize winners shall receive their firearm from Sportsmans Warehouse, 3676 Pierce Parkway, Billings, MT 59106. Winners are responsible for costs incurred through delivery (out of town). 14. Each ticket is eligible for every price. A ticket drawn will be reentered for all remaining drawings. 15. Tickets will be drawn by The Laurel Outlook. Winners list will be posted on the Laurel Dodgers Web site ( www.eteamz.com/laureldodgers ). Also posted in the weekly Laurel Outlook. 16. Gun Values listed are as of April 1, 2009.
