In memory of Jack Marr...a distinguished and respected educator, a true fan of the game, Jack embodied the spirit of caring and concern for the youth of our community. For nearly ten years he taught his young players not only the mechanics of the game but the values of team spirit and sportsmanship. This fund recognizes an outstanding scholar-athlete who is a Lane League graduate about to enter college. The recipient, upon maintaining reasonable standards, will receive financial support for each year of undergraduate education. See the Handout for the Application Form and detailed information.

Babe Ruth Scholarship Program
In 2001 Babe Ruth League, Inc. established a College Scholarship Program for players who participated in the Babe Ruth Baseball and Softball divisions. The program was created to provide assistance to individuals who plan on extending their education beyond high school.
