Information on the new registration for 2009 can be found in the training and registration section. New for this year you will be able to register online.
Nov 9th meeting will be for taking the recertification exam only.
2 more meetings have been scheduled to replace the lack of available meetings for training...they are Oct 28 and Nov 6th at the Lititz First Church of God 33 E. Center St. Lititz, PA. 7:00 PM (1 hour of training for each meeting)
Please be aware that in the future you are highly encouraged to attend the Intermediate clinics for training....This is the most convenient way to get training hours...take the recert test all in one day.
Please do not bombard me with emails on your opinion of the increased fees or the methods for getting training hours...if the answer to your question is above then it is what it is!
If you are in question about your training hours you may email me for your status and I will let you know. I have a complete record of everyones attendance at chapter meetings on hand and it will be forwarded to the state after the last meeting on Nov 6th.

As an additional note I want to express my gratitude for your professionalism in reffing your matches this season in the LANCO league...Compliments of far exceeded complaints. My coordination with Darrell on assigning from a league standpoint has gone very well. Darrell and I both appreciate your stepping up and helping to cover open games as they became available!

Lanco Chapter Meetings
The 2008 meetings for the Lanco Chapter are listed below. Please note which meetings give (1) hour of instructional credit and which ones do not.
The 2008 Intermediate Clinics schedule is also posted on the Chapter website. Remember, if you cannot attend any of the Intermediate Clinics you will need to attain the (5) hours of instruction at these meetings and other Chapters' meetings in order to re-register for 2009.

The Location is: Lititz First Church 33 East Center St. Lititz, PA 17543.
Each meeting will provide Chapter info and updates and 1 hour of training.

2008 Written Refresher Exam for Grade 7 & 8 Referees
Re-Registration for 2009
Remaining 2008 INTERMEDIATE CLINIC - ONE DAY SESSION
It is recommended that all grade 8 referees attend an intermediate clinic. Remember, you must have 5 hours of continuing instruction to register for 2009.
There will be no walk-ins. No registration will be accepted after the deadline. Agenda and directions will be sent one week before the clinic by e-mail. If you leave early you will not be credited for the full 5 hours.
Nov 1, 2008 - Keystone Jobs Corps Center, Drums, PA (Scranton-Wilkes-Barre/Hazelton) – form due no later then 10/22/08
Nov 2, 2008- Geisinger Medical Center Danville, Pa (Williamsport /Lewistown) – form due no later then 10/22/08 Registration 7:30am - clinic will run from 8am to 4pm
Cost of the clinic is $ 25.00, which includes lunch.
To register for one of the clinics go to www.epsarc.org and click on the "Upcoming Events" tab on the left.
Under EVENT...Choose "Clinic" ------Under TYPE...Choose "Intermediate"
Follow your nose after that!

Document.
Fill in the report with all the information for your game. Please be sure to identify the teams by club, i.e., not “Blizzard” vs “Chargers”
Name the file and save a copy for yourself (Save As…)
Email LANCO reports to Dave Edgecombe @ edgerock1@comcast.net
Before you send it, put the game number (5-digit) in the subject block, i.e.
Game Number 10124
Attached the file you saved.
