Our make up meet with the Spotsylvania YMCA has been scheduled for Monday, July 6th.
All swimmers are to arrive no later than 4:30 for 4:45 warm ups.

2009 SWIM SEASON
We are a summer swim team competing in the Rappahannock Swim League. Our season begins on the Tuesday following Memorial Day and ends the first weekend in August. We practice in the Lake Wilderness Pool and have 6 dual meets a season and then finals against all of the teams in our division. In addition to swimming, we offer fun activities for our team. In the past , they have included pancake breakfasts, movie day, Mexican Dinner, and a banquet at the end of the season.
MORNING PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Beginning June 15th:
8-9:30 a.m. - Ages 13 & Over
9:30-10:30 a.m. - Age Groups 7-8,9-10,11-12
10:30-11:00 a.m. - Ages 6 & Under (Tiny Torpedoes and swimmers who cannot swim the length of the pool)
