Important Notes & Dates:
Winter workouts for AAA and Majors teams will commence later in January. Everyone who will be participating in pre-season workouts must be registered. Only registered players are covered under our insurance plan and as such must be in our system before practices/clinics begin. Returning majors players need to submit new paperwork along with $125. Those that tried out in the fall for Majors are already registered for the 2010 season.
Volunteer applications along with a copy of your drivers license need to be in before workouts start. We need new apps+copy of your license each year. If you are interested in coaching drop us a line (lakevillelittleleague@comcast.net). We are accepting interest/applications for A, AA and AAA manager/coaching positions.
2010 Dates
February 27th: Spring Majors Tryouts from 6 - 8PM @ Grand Slam in Taunton. Check in time is 5:30 - 5:50PM.
February 28th: AAA Meeting @ Back Nine @ 6:30PM.
March 7th: AA & AAA Draft @ Back Nine @ 7PM.
March 27th: Coaches Clinic @ The Lakeville Library from 10 - 1PM.
April 3rd: Field Day @ Ted Williams and Assawompset (4/10 rain date)
April 16th/17th: Opening Weekend for Majors/AAA
April 24th: Opening Day/Pictures for all leagues
Online registration for the 2010 season is now available. Click the registration tab on the left-hand menu. 2010 price to hold steady at $105 for A/AA and $125 for AAA/Majors. You can also mail in your check and forms (Download Forms menu option - both the Registration and Medical Release form are required) to the contact information shown below. Checks to be made out to Lakeville Little League.
