Catch the New Wave in West Michigan Soccer

Lakeshore Premier SC is a unique partnership involving the Muskegon Lakers, Fruitport Fire, Sailors Soccer Club and the Tri-Cities Strikers.

Each club has players for whom the Michigan State Premier Soccer League (MSPSL) represents the “next step” in their soccer development journey.

These clubs, in seeking to satisfy this demand, have formed a collaboration in the LPSC, allowing us to develop players in a local club that's dedicated to fielding competitive teams in the MSPSL at a reasonable cost to families.

LPSC is an independent club, with an Executive Committee comprised of two representatives from each of the partner clubs.  One of those representatives is a sitting board member to insure the club develops as intended. Responsibility for the LPSC rests with this Executive Committee.

It's important to note that LPSC teams are comprised of the best players who attended tryouts.  There are no  spots on the roster "reserved" for the partner clubs.  In fact, a number of players in have come from clubs other than the partners.  We think such participation is healthy, and contributes to a more competitive and well-rounded team.

The LPSC Director of Coaching is Aaron Dean, the Grand Haven High School Boys Varsity Soccer Coach.   Aaron, in coordination with DOCs of the partner clubs,  works to recruit coaches for LPSC, and insures their teams grow with an emphasis on player development.

The following is our list of teams for 2011-12

  •     U12 Boys (competing in the GVSA at U13)
  •     U13 Boys & Girls (competing in the MSPSL)
  •    U14 Boys & Girls (competing in the MSPSL)
  •     U16 Boys (competing the MSPSL, Spring 2011)
  •    U16 Girls (competedin the MSPSL, Fall 2010)

The goal of having U12 teams competing in the GVSA is to have players from different clubs coming together to play for a full season at 11v11 in preparation for going to the MSPSL the following season.
