Volunteer Opportunity

The annual pancake breakfast is a fun opportunity to give your volunteer hours. We have a great time in the kitchen and the fellowship with the community is awesome. Volunteer opportunity runs from 7AM to noon in various outlets. You can donate time, griddle for pancakes, food items, drinks, cashier, cook, server/counter person, set-up/breakdown, etc. The time really flies by and the food is great. Call me if you would like to help and earn your volunteer buy in back. Rhonda Kersey 661/724-9228

There will be a picture make-up day in April for any missing players. This may be a long day for some of the little ones, both players and family so bring chairs and comfort items to spend some time at the ball field. Be sure to remain off of the golf course unless instructed to do so for picture taking. The Snack Shack will be open until the completion of the last game. The most important thing to remember is this is a day to have fun and not sweat the small stuff. We ask that players be in grey pants and the socks that coordinate with the jersey your coach told you about. These items can be purchased at Target and Walmart. Most jerseys will cover the players' waistline so belts are not necessary (elastic waist pants are half the price of belted pants) and if you cannot get these items in time for this fun day...don't worry, your individual pix are only chest up and the team photo can be staged to make all players look uniform. If you have old uniform items at home and you no longer need them, please bring them to the field for exchange to families who could use the generous handout. I love to use old uniform items to wear at practice. ANY QUESTIONS? PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ANYTIME, NOW OR THROUGHOUT THE SEASON - RHONDA KERSEY 661/724-9228
