Lake Forest Mat Club: Welcome

The Lake Forest Mat Club gives wrestlers in Grades 1-8 a chance to compete in a variety of tournaments sanctioned by the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation (IKWF); everyone wrestles in every tournament.

Practices and training.  Under the direction of the Lake Forest Rec Center, wrestling practices are held in the Lake Forest High School wrestling room Mon. and Wed. from 6:30-8:00 starting late October through late February.  For more info and registration, go to www.lfrec.com, Activity code 30482.
