Lettered 4 years in both Soccer and Track and Field at Liberty High School and was a four-time All-Bay Valley Athletic League selection; three-time Contra Costa Times all-league selection; won athlete of the week honors numerous times by the Brentwood Press and Contra Costa Times; two-time Contra Costa Times Top 100 Prep Athletes selection; All-Times First Team BVAL her senior year; two-time Team Captain in 1999 and 2000; two-time team Most Valuable Player as a Junior and Senior; named to The Chronicle high school sports All Power Bar Team; four-time NCS Scholar Athlete; four-time Athletic Director's Academic Award; Liberty High School's Female Yearbook Athlete of the Year in 2001.
