Welcome, and thank you for visiting the website of the Lady Elite Flag Football Team!
Lady Elite was formed in 2004 to give women in the DC/MD/VA Metro area an opportunity to play flag football without being partial to skill level or past athletic experience, and to foster an understanding of the sport in the process. No more cheering on the men from the sidelines....we wanted a piece of the ACTION!
Lady Elite is the sister team of Elite Football (an area men's flag football team), and together, the two teams have become one big ol' ELITE FAMILY!
