: News: Pre-Season Rolling...

August 27, 2011 (Doylestown PA) ~ Your Lady Bucks have been working hard through the first 2 weeks of the pre-season.  Following a successful first week of training (and lots of fitness work!), the black and gold squared off against cross-conference foe, William Tennent HS, in a sunny afternoon scrimmage at War Memorial.  Both teams went deep into their rosters, as players from all 4 classes took the Varsity field for West in the first action of the season for both squads.  West was predictably organized, hard-working, and refused to surrender a goal on the day.  Tennent too, was stubborn, though the Bucks did find the back of the net once, while threatening on a number of other occasions and hitting a post, a cross-bar, and a few balls just wide.

The pre-season continues with a post-Hurricane scrimmage in Richboro against Council Rock North.
