All players required to attend verification step
New Players must provide Certified Birth Certificate
All Players must provide (2) different forms of Ladera Ranch residency from the list below:
- Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
- Voter’s Registration
- School records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Utility bill (gas, electric, water/sewer, phone)
- Insurance documents
