Monday, October 6
THREE TEAMS SWEEP IN 1ST COUNTER

All three Kamiak volleyball teams went undefeated in the first "official" match this season.  Varsity (1-0 league, 6-0 overall), who had Bailey Jones resting a sprained ankle, stayed strong with their middle attack; Martha Muldowney & Jazmyne Dodd combined for 20 kills.

FRIDAY 9/26 PRACTICES SCHEDULED

Even though there is no school this Friday, Frosh & JV will be practicing from 8 - 10am; because Staff members have a full day, Varsity will go at normal time.

KAMIAK GETS FIRST NOD IN STATE POLL

Thanks to a win over Shorecrest & a strong showing at the Adidas Invite last week, the Mukilteo high school, once unranked, now touts the 5th spot in this week's Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association Poll, one behind fellow WesCo school, Monroe.  GREAT JOB, TEAM!



Saturday, September 13
LADY KNIGHTS FINISH 3RD AT ADIDAS INVITE

After a long day at Auburn Mountainview High School, Kamiak beat Shadle Park for the second time during the day to grab 3rd place at the Adidas Inivite.  In the Gold bracket, Kamiak lost two close games to East Valley, the eventual tournament champions, to earn the match-up vs. Shadle Park.  NICE JOB, LADIES!



Thursday, September 11
KHS GETS 5-SET WIN IN FIRST MATCH

Ranked 3rd in the pre-season Wesco South poll, the Lady Knights were down two games to one, but took games four & five to get their first win of the season.  Kamiak's offense was led by Kalehua AhNee (22 assists) & Bailey Jones (15 kills).

SATURDAY 9/6 PRACTICE SET
All three teams will be practicing at Kamiak on Saturday morning from 7 - 9:30am before the festival parade closes Harbour Pt. Blvd.  SEE YA BRIGHT & EARLY!

(REVISED 8/27) PRACTICE TIMES & SEASON MATCHES NOW AVAILABLE ON CALENDAR

NOTE CHANGE TO LABOR DAY WEEKEND PRACTICE:  Mandatory team event on Saturday (8/30); meet at Green Lake Community Center at 8am ... NO MONDAY (9/1) PRACTICE ... regular practice times (2:30 - 5:00pm) for all teams will begin on Tuesday, September 2nd.
