The mission of the Knightdale Football Association is to provide the youth of Knightdale and our surrounding areas with an opportunity to develop sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, leadership and life skills through participation in football and cheerleading.

Knightdale Football Association is a parent run organization so please volunteer and support our program.  Our players and cheerleaders over the years have moved on to play in Middle School and High School.

KNIGHTS FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION FOR THE 2016 SEASON IS NOW OPEN!!!


 

  Calling all Knightdale Knights!

 

It’s time once again to secure your child’s roster spot for the fall of 2016.  Registration is now open for everyone – both new and returning families. 

 

To register for the season click on the button above.  If you have not accessed our online registration before then please select the Create Account button.  If your child has participated with us before either for the season or for camp then you are in the system already whether or not you have set up your online account.

 

 

A few things have changed this year.  Please read the information below and email info@knightdaleknights.org if you have any questions.

 

Registration fees for flag football or mascot cheer are $55 per child and not eligible for any discounts.

 

Registration fees for tackle football and competitive cheerleading are $125 for the first child and $110 for each additional child.  For online registration, the family discount will be applied on the checkout page. Please note that equipment and/or uniforms for the season will ONLY be distributed IF all fees are paid in FULL!

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

HELP NEEDED!!!

Help Needed

The Knightdale Knights is entirely organized and run by volunteers.  To host a home game, it takes a whole squad of parent volunteers to run concessions, gates, and the chain crew.  We also have volunteers that transport equipment and food, plan and organize events, etc. (We always ask that you select a shift before or after your child's game.)  Remember, this year's fee structure includes a volunteer deposit returned to you at the end of the season when you help. 

Below are some additional areas where we need assistance:

Cooks - this position works in concessions during our 4 home games, Jamboree, and any post-season game if we are able to host one.  You would prepare basic items such as hamburgers and hotdogs.  This position falls under the Concessions Manager.

Fundraising - this position coordinates our annual fundraiser.  It's a 2-year commitment that falls under the Concessions/Fundraising/Apparel Manager.

Concessions - this position coordinates the sale of apparel and fan gear.  It's a 2-year commitment that falls under the Concessions/Fundraising/Apparel Manager.

Equipment Manager - this Board position is responsible for procuring, maintaining, and distributing football equipment.  It's a 2-year commitment that includes Board meetings once a month all year.  The new football uniforms have already been ordered.
