Welcome parents, players, and coaches. This is where information about games and practices will be posted as well as updated schedules, scores, rosters, and many other great features. We will try to post current pictures in a timely manner. Click on Schedules and Calendar to learn more about what's going on with Sharks football and cheerleading.

Thanks in advance to everyone who pitches in to help with Sharks football! And we do need help. The gate, the snack bar, the chains, the video camera, setting up the field, even taking statistics, all of this takes the time and energy of volunteers.

Check out the Albums link for some Shark photos! More to come as the season progresses. If you have photos or videos of Shark football you would like to share please contact Dave at dhtucker@comcast.net.

Don't forget to bookmark the site> www.kitterysharks.com.

Cheerleaders!  Look for information from Coach Holly as soon as she gets back from her honeymoon!

The new shoulder pads have arrived for Kittery Sharks players!  Check them out at the Shark's field house.

Team practice for the month of September will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 5 to 7. Mondays are an off day, and Thursdays there will be a film review of the previous weekend's game at Shapleigh School in the Health Room right after school is over.  Kids will be able to take the late bus home from school.

New coaches for the Sharks include Mark Workman, who lives in Portsmouth and works for GE.   He'll be coaching offensive and defensive line.  Mark plays semi-pro football for the New England Hawks.

Tyler Boston joins the Sharks staff as offensive coordinator and B team head coach.  He played in the Lobster Bowl his senior year at Wells High School as a running back.  His advice to young players is to "keep playing."

Jon Kurland is coaching the offensive and defensive backs.  He is attached to the cutter Campbell with the Coast Guard in food service management, but hails from Jacksonville, Fla. where he played strong safety in high school.  Jon has been coaching since 2000.

Nick Price is a Navy submariner from Portland, Oregon.  He will be helping out with the offense .

Ted Notluf joins the team as a conditioning specialist with a football background.  His presence rounds out a complete coaching package for the Sharks this fall.

 See you on the sidelines!
