| I was a member of the Andover Arrows (aka Lackawanna Fireballs in 1965) back in the mid 60's. I was also a member of the North Jersey Midget Football League (NJMFL) Champions in 1966 and 1967. We went to Staunton, VA to play an allstar game in 1966. Coach Jackson was the best. I went on to play for Coach Cassels at Sparta HS. I remember Gene Conkie (sp?) as one of the league reps and a league official. I wish I could find some old newspaper articles from those years! |
