By-Laws may be adopted, amended, or repealed at any regular or special meeting called for this purpose, as follows: by a ¾ vote of the Board of Directors present AND a majority of the membership present at a regular or special meeting provided that two weeks previous notice of the intended action has been given and that a quorum is in attendance. By-Laws shall go into effect immediately upon acceptance.

Standing Rules may be adopted, amended, or repealed by a 2/3 majority vote of the Board of Directors present at any meeting provided that one week notice of the intended action has been given and that a quorum is in attendance.

Safety and Internet Rules

Ground Rules for each division shall be reviewed each season by the Division Directors, coaches within that division, and the Umpire Coordinator. Any changes must be approved by a ¾ majority vote of the Board of Directors present at the Ground Rules Meeting provided that a quorum is in attendance. The Ground Rules may not be altered after the beginning of the season unless it is deemed necessary to insure the safety of the players. The beginning of the season shall be the date of the first scheduled regular season game for KGSA.
