Parham Bears
From I-95:
(1) Take Parham Road Exit heading West to Sanctuary Drive, approximately 3rd light after exit.
(2) Left on Sanctuary Drive (entrance to J. Sargeant Reynolds beside Aspen Station apartments).
(3) Take next right into College. Follow signs to Recreation Area behind the College. Field will be located on left in the Recreation Area.
From West End:
(1) Take Parham Road East to Sanctuary Drive (2nd entrance to J. Sargeant Reynolds beside Aspen Station apartments).
(2) Right on Sanctuary Drive.
(3) Take next right into College. Follow signs to Recreation Area behind the College. Field will be located on left in the Recreation Area.
Sandston Jets
From the West or East
(1) I-64 to exit 197A onto VA156 (South Airport Drive)
(2) Left onto US60/VA156 (Williamsburg Road) heading west towards Sandston/RIC Airport
(3) Right at Beulah Rd stop light
(4) Continue 3 blocks, Seven Pines Elementary is on the right.
From the North
(1) I-295 South to Route 60 West (Williamsburg Road) toward Sandston/RIC Airport.
(2) Left at Beulah Road
(4) Continue 3 blocks, Seven Pines ES is on the right.

Directions to Pouncy Tract Park
From I-64 Westbound or Eastbound:
(1) Take Short Pump exit, this will merge you onto Broad St. Westbound
(2) Continue approx 3/4 mile to Pouncy Tract Rd.
(3) Right on Pouncey Tract Rd.
(4) Pouncy Tract Park is approx 1.2 miles on your right, just past
Short Pump Middle School.
Western Wildcats
From I-64
(1) Take Gaskins Road South Exit.
(2) Continue through Ridgefield Parkway.
(3) Take a left at Quioccasin/Gayton Road.
(4) Byrd Middle School is about 2/10 of a mile on your left,
just across from the Farmington Sub-Division.
