On Monday night, November 13th 2011, the King Philip girls' soccer program celebrated the 2011 season with an end of year banquet at the middle school. After a delicious meal prepared by the families of all the players, players were recognized for the efforts and achievements from the 2011 soccer season.
Freshman Coach Meg Ryan and Junior Varsity Coach Jen Adams spoke about their seasons and introduced each player on their team. All girls' were presented a certificate for their participation.
Coach Massotti then introduced the players who played with the varsity team beginning with the sophomores and ending with the seniors. Each player was given a certificate and either a letter or a pin for their participation.

Haley Keegan - Most Improved
Rachel Patten - Best Offensive Player
Rachel Palumbo - Best Newcomer
Jane Bingel - MVP, Player of the Week Award
Audrey Foxx - MVP, Best Defender, Hockomock League All-Star, Sun Chronicle All-Star, Player of the Week Award
At the conclusion of the team banquet, Coach Greg Massotti announced that he is resigning his position as Head Coach at King Philip in order to be able to spend more time at home with his wife Kim and his two boys, Seth and Noah. That ended a 12 year tenure for Coach Massotti as the Head Coach at King Philip.
