Hey all you happy running people...
Hopefully I'm not signing this for nothing. Just wanted to wish you all the best of luck at finals and CIF, hopefully I'll be able to make it out and watch everyone race again. Been really busy with school and Rocky Horror Show, but again, good luck to everyone, and congrats on a great season thus far.

It's the last race of the year for most of us. Seniors, run your hearts out on Wednesday and give it all that you've got! Now is your moment to shine!

hey guys. hope you're all doing well. it must be over a year since i last checked this site out. but i finally came on to get directions to mt. sac because i knew that coach would have the directions posted. too bad that i didnt quite make it there. ive just had way to much to do and now im getting ready to drive to north carolina. but i hear that youre all doing ok (at least the few of you that i know) and hope that you continue to run well in high school and that you go on to great things. oh yeah, im in the top five in the two mile at my training unit (over 300 people) so i havent dropped off too bad; er...i actually have. just keep up the great work. i wish i could have gone to see you guys race. you guys know that. anyway, keep up the good work and listen to coach. dont be cutting the routes or goofing off (all the time) which is what ive been hearing. get serious when its time to be serious. ill see you guys down the road sometime. write me an email or something or give me a call to let me know what's up.
    take care,

Well, since no one's signed this for a while, guess I'll give a shout out. Schwarz, Jose, and James: way to step it up this year. You guys have shown everyone that hard work and perseverance pay off. Galante: I didn't expect you to come out in your first year and start leading the team in the races, so great job in that. Keep that competitive fire goin.
Ladies, this could be the year a lot of you have been waiting for. Just remember that you will only achieve that coveted goal as a team- be there for each other. Kristina, huge props for steppin up and Steph, keep being that mother hen!
To all the younguns, just learn as much as you can about the sport and try to be serious about it- that's how you'll improve and see results. And, of course, have fun.
To borrow a phrase, "Keep on keepin' on."
