2009 Tournament Scheduled!
Our year end Tournament is now scheduled for Saturday, September 19th @ the Pheasant! First Tee time is scheduled for 8:30 AM (don't be late). King City league will fund 100% of the cost. Please contact Rick, Rodger or Mark regarding your availability.
Along with the 2 division champs battling it out, we will once again be pairing Early vs Late matches in descending average order where the Early division will attempt to regain the KING CITY CUP! The results of the first round played @ Burlington CC between our 1st and 2nd halves resulted in a tie! Early Div had 7 wins and a tie, Late div had 7 wins and a tie.
After the tournament, all league members are invited to the Martino residence for Bragging rights, Food and Refreshments!

Week 10 is knock down night! So as in the past, all matches were finalized this week.
The standings are properly sorted first by standing points and second by higher point average. If 2 golfers have the same point average, I sorted them to additional decimal places to break the tie. Therefore for week #10 the schedule is per week #9 standings...
1st place vs 2nd place
3rd place vs 4th place
5th place vs 6th place
etc. You get the picture!

Late Division note:
Now that Mark Talbot has also dropped for the first half. The scheduling will be altered as follows. On any respective week, whomever is scheduled to play Mike Mass will have a match against the golfer scheduled to play Mark Talbot. I have re-scored the first 4 weeks to reflect that scheduling back to the start of the season. It turns out that no one lost any points due to the change!
